At times, some contributors seemingly have their names given in slightly different forms in different works. The names were tracked separately, but each person's pages contain lists for each variation when reasonable assumptions could be made.
We want to get peoples' names right and favor their preferred form, and we also don't want to erase anybody who gets confused with another. Of course, we may also have introduced errors of our own. If we have failed, please accept our apologies. Let us know so that we can correct any mistakes, or you can take the matter in your own hands and make the change yourself. Either way, we thank you for your help.
