This denotes works that include a detailed treatment of a city in Orbaal. (Yes, there aren't any cities in Orbaal, but iterative processes have a logic all their own.) It is not used where this is obvious—as in an article named “City of …”—but is included where such is part of an adventure, magazine, etc.
